At Rize Plus, we aim to deliver premium tech accessories to your doorstep as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email/SMS.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery times:

Metro cities: 2–4 business days

Non-metro cities/towns: 4–7 business days

Remote locations: 5–9 business days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary during holidays, high-demand periods, or due to courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹599.

For orders below ₹599, a nominal shipping fee of ₹59 will be applied.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may carry an additional charge (e.g., ₹50) depending on your location.
4. Delivery Partners
We partner with leading logistics providers like Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS and/or WhatsApp with a tracking link. You can also track your order status anytime via the “Track Order” section on our website.
6. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

Natural disasters or weather conditions

Unexpected operational issues at courier hubs

Remote location delivery constraints
If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact us for support.
7. Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.

In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier may retry or mark the shipment as undeliverable.

If returned to us, we’ll reattempt delivery only after reconfirming details and may charge additional shipping.
8. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned—we’re working on it!
